End-User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and PyVendr ("Licensor"), operated at https://pyvendr.com. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any PyVendr product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Product.

This EULA supplements the Terms of Service, which govern your use of the PyVendr website and services.

2. Definitions

• "Product" — Any Python bot, script, bundle, or associated documentation purchased from PyVendr
• "License Key" — The unique key (format: PYVENDR-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) provided upon purchase to activate the Product
• "Machine" — A single physical or virtual computing device identified by a unique machine fingerprint
• "Activation" — The process of validating a License Key on a Machine via the PyVendr license server
• "Source Code" — The human-readable Python source code of a Product, where provided

3. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA and your compliance with the Terms of Service,PyVendr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the Product on machines up to the activation limit
• Run the Product for your personal or internal business use
• Make backup copies solely for archival purposes

This license does not grant ownership of the Product. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by PyVendr.

4. License Tiers

PyVendr offers the following license tiers:

When a time-limited license expires, you must cease using the Product. The License Key will no longer validate, and the Product will not function. You may repurchase a new license at any time.

5. Activation & Machine Limits

Each License Key may be activated on a maximum of 3 (three) machinessimultaneously. A machine is identified by a unique hardware fingerprint generated at activation time.

• Activations are validated against the PyVendr license server
• If you replace hardware, you may deactivate a machine from your account dashboard and activate a new one
• License Keys cannot be shared, transferred, or used by anyone other than the original purchaser

6. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, lease, or rent any Product or License Key
• Share, publish, or make License Keys available to any third party
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, license headers, or attribution within the Product
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the license validation mechanism
• Use the Product to build a competing product or service
• Use the Product for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purpose
• Misrepresent the Product as your own work
• Use the Product in a way that violates the Acceptable Use Policy

7. Source Code Access

Some Products include both compiled and source code versions. If source code is provided:

• You may modify the source code for your own personal or internal business use
• You may not redistribute modified or unmodified source code
• You may not publish, open-source, or share the source code in any form
• Modifications are at your own risk — PyVendr provides no support for modified Products
• Your license to the source code is subject to the same tier, activation limits, and restrictions as the compiled Product

8. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All Products, including their source code, documentation, design, and associated assets, are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of PyVendr. This EULA does not transfer ownership — it grants a limited license to use the Product.

All trademarks, trade names, and branding associated with PyVendr are the property of PyVendr and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Updates & Support

• Product updates, when available, are provided at PyVendr's discretion
• Updates are accessible via your account dashboard while your license is active
• Support is available via email during published support hours
• PyVendr is not obligated to provide updates, patches, or new features

10. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your license terminates automatically if:

• Your license tier expires (for time-limited licenses)
• You breach any term of this EULA, the Terms of Service, or the Acceptable Use Policy
• You request cancellation or account deletion
• PyVendr terminates your license for cause (e.g., fraud, redistribution, abuse)

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Product and delete all copies (compiled and source) from your machines. Sections 6, 8, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the product will be error-free or uninterrupted.

PyVendr does not warrant that any Product will meet your specific requirements or achieve any particular results. Use of any Product is at your sole risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PyVendr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to this EULA or the use of any Product, regardless of theory of liability.

PyVendr's total aggregate liability under this EULA shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.

13. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out in the Terms of Service.
