By accessing, browsing, or using PyVendr (https://pyvendr.com), including creating an account or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our License Agreement, and our Acceptable Use Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to any part of the Agreement, you must not use the service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and PyVendr ("we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use PyVendr. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are using PyVendr on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

PyVendr sells Python automation bots ("Products") under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license. The full terms of the software license are set forth in our License Agreement (EULA). Key terms include:

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store, process, or have access to your payment card details.
Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase for eligible issues such as non-delivery, duplicate purchase, or a verified product defect that prevents the product from substantially functioning as described. Contact us at hello@pyvendr.com within 30 days of purchase if you believe your order qualifies.
Because PyVendr products are digital, self-hosted software products that may include downloadable files, deployment materials, and source code access, refunds are not offered for change-of-mind purchases, buyer's remorse, unsupported third-party environments, failure to follow setup instructions, or preference-based requests after product access has been granted.

Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account termination and license revocation without refund.
All Products, including source code, compiled bytecode, documentation, trademarks, logos, and website content, are the exclusive property of PyVendr and its licensors, protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales, Australia, for the resolution of any disputes.
Before filing any formal legal complaint, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at hello@pyvendr.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA), with the seat of arbitration in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
Class action waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account, or by a prominent notice on the website, at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the service and may request account deletion.
